Theone Theresa Cousino, 89 of Erie, MI, died Thursday, November 8, 2018 at Rosary Care Center of Sylvania, Ohio. Born on August 2, 1929, in La Salle Mi., she was the daughter of Louis and Pearl (Robideau) Leckler.
Theone loved raising her family and enjoyed golfing, vacationing, working in her yard and decorating her home for the holidays. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Erie, Michigan where she was an active member of the Altar Society, and the Lady Knights of the Knights of Columbus #7413 where she helped with bingo.
Theone is survived by her children; Holly Lynn Meyers, Richard (Elaine), Dale (Denise), Randall (Constance) and Paulette Cousino; daughter-in-law, Denise Cousino; 12 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her beloved husband Donald; son, Gary; grandson, Jeffery, brother, Louis Leckler Jr. and sister, Eloise Morrin.
Visitation will be from 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm, Wednesday, November 14, 2018, at the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Rd., (at Jackman) Temperance, MI, where the Rosary will be recited at 7pm. Funeral services on Thursday, November 15, 2018 will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 2214 Manhattan Street, Erie, Michigan 48133 where she will lie in state from 10:00am with Mass following at 11:00am.
Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, Erie, Michigan.
The Cousino family would especially like to thank the Sisters of St. Francis and the staff of Rosary Care Center for the excellent care and compassion provided to their mother.
